1. Purpose

These terms govern your use of Inkspread ("the app"), an Android application provided by BYJW.Studio ("we"). By installing and using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What the app is

The app is a viewer for files you already have on your own device.

• It reads zip, cbz and pdf files, and loose images, from folders you pick yourself, and draws them on screen.
• We do not supply any comics, books or images through the app, and the app has no feature for searching, distributing or downloading content.
• The app makes no network connections and has no account or sign-in.
• The app is free, with no in-app purchases and no subscription.

3. Your responsibility for the files you open

• We cannot know which files you hold, and we have no means of inspecting or controlling them.
• All legal responsibility arising from obtaining, keeping or using files that infringe copyright or any other right rests with you.
• Copyright laws differ on what private copying is allowed, so you must follow the law where you are.

4. Your obligations

• Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not reverse engineer or tamper with the app, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not redistribute the app or use it commercially without our prior consent.

5. Changes to and discontinuation of the app

We may change the app's features or stop offering it. Because the app runs on your device without a network, a copy already installed will keep working if we stop offering it — but updates and support may no longer be provided.

6. Disclaimer

• The app is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of freedom from defects.
• We are not liable for data loss, device malfunction or indirect damages arising from use of the app, except where caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• We do not warrant that every scanned file will open. Some files may fail depending on how they are compressed or structured.
• We are not responsible for disputes concerning the files you open, as set out in section 3.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the app itself, including its name, icon and design, belong to us. Rights in the files you open with the app belong to their respective owners, and using the app transfers no such rights.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. If we do, we will post the updated text and date on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the app will be heard by the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
